Join Mitchell Barnett of Wyoming Bread for a hands-on class where you’ll learn the secrets to making dough, blending sweet fillings, and whipping up the perfect glaze or frosting for a sweet roll!

Learn from Jan Francisco of Country Meadows Dairy in this hands-on class where you’ll make your own butter, soft cheese, and mozzarella all from fresh, clean, local raw jersey milk!

Brook's BBQ Pop-Up Dinner
We are excited to host a BBQ pop-up with Brooks Allman on Saturday, May 9th from 6 - 7:30pm!
Brooks grew up in Houston, TX where he developed a taste for authentic Texas BBQ. After living in WY for a few years he missed good brisket so much that he bought a smoker and started Smokin’ Goat BBQ in order to share smoked brisket and homestyle cookin’ with his friends and community. Brooks is excited to work with Meadowlark to bring brisket to the people and show y’all what Southern BBQ is all about.
Dinner for the night will be buffet style and includes BBQ (BBQ brisket or pulled pork), homemade bbq sauce, pickles & onions, jalapeño cheddar white bread, mac n’ cheese, coleslaw, and pecan bars. $35/plate, and spots are limited to 30 people.
