Chef Dustin Rasnick and his team are returning to Meadowlark Kitchen for another round of his now-infamous Sushi Pop-Down culinary experiences.
Expect a 6–7 course, fixed menu dinner featuring bold flavors and creative dishes you won’t find anywhere else.

Join Mitchell, owner and baker of Wyoming Bread, for a hands-on class where you’ll learn how to make sourdough English muffins from scratch. Students will mix the dough, shape the muffins, and prepare them for cooking—then enjoy the delicious results.

Whole-y Chicken Class
Cooking a whole chicken is one of the best ways to eat well, save money, and reduce food waste—but it can feel intimidating. We’re here to change that! In this hands-on class, Melissa Hemken of Melissahof will walk you through the time-honored skill of breaking down a whole chicken for roasting and frying. You’ll practice the techniques yourself during the workshop and head home with your own Melissahof heritage chicken, ready to cook with confidence.
