Join us for a fun, educational food prep session! In Wyoming, it’s beef (and lamb) country! In this community prep session, we’ll learn how to work with beef and lamb. We’ll prepare braised beef and sopas for one dish as well as ground lamb meatballs for another, using locally sourced ingredients! Come prep, cook, and taste some of the flavors that will make up our Harvest Celebration tasting menu.
