Join Mitchell Barnett of Wyoming Bread for the newest class in our sourdough series! You’ll learn the techniques for stretching and folding sourdough, twisting it into the iconic pretzel shape, and baking the perfect sourdough pretzel — plus we'll make a delicious cheesy sauce that pairs perfectly with these soft, golden pretzels.

Registration ($25) is required beforehand and includes instruction, supplies, delicious sandwich bread to enjoy in-class and take home! Space is limited to 10 students and kids are welcomed, but must be with a supervising adult. Register for classes by stopping into Meadowlark or calling during store hours.
