This session is all about dips, sauces, and dressings! Join MJ Greene to prepare the flavors that will bring our Harvest Celebration tasting menu together. We’ll make a range of sauces and dips, including chimichurri, herby vinaigrette, tzatziki, and hummus, using fresh, local ingredients.
