Tortillas del Chico Blanco
Mark was introduced to authentic tortillas through living and working in Baja California Sur and was mentored by Enrique Madrid of Redford, TX along the Rio Grande River near Big Bend National Park.
Operating under the Wyoming Food Freedom Act, Tortillas del Chico Blanco hand-produces 8" and 10" flour tortillas from a home kitchen and micro-tortilleria. With the simplest of ingredients (Flour, water, lard and salt), Mark produces a tortilla that simply can't be found in a grocery store and is seldom found North of the US/Mexico border.
