Law of the Homestead is the ancestral style baking from Alma Law. He uses a sourdough start which is understood to originate from the Basque shepherds of pre-Columbian Spain. He purchases wheat berries from farmers in the Rocky Mountains and home-mills his flour. He finds pleasure in providing Lander's Meadowlark Market with Einkorn sourdough bread made with 100% whole grain Einkorn, water, and salt. Activated by cultures utilized for only Einkorn since 2023.
