Heart Mountain Creations’ shrubs are made with health in mind.  After completing breast cancer treatments in early 2018, the founder of Heart Mountain Creations, Cindy Gifford, wanted something that would help her body become healthy again.  After producing & offering Infused Vinegars, Cindy was introduced to shrubs by a friend.

The finest quality ingredients are sourced from Cindy’s gardens in Cody, WY, other organic farms, as well as wild harvested.  Cindy creates blends to optimize the health benefits of those ingredients.  The base is Organic Apple Cider Vinegar along with the “mother.”  They are sweetened with Pure Organic Monkfruit Extract which is diabetic and keto friendly. Add them to anything you like to drink, make a delicious homemade salad dressing or even a healthy cocktail or mocktail!  You can also add some to your water & drink throughout the day.
