My name is Chelsea, and I’m a homeschooling mom of 5 girls who runs a sourdough micro-bakery out of my blue roofed home (hence the name- Blue Roof Bakers) in Lander, Wyoming. I originally started baking for my family trying to replace store bought bread with a million ingredients with homemade bread that has 3: flour, water, salt. I started baking for family and friends and many wanted it on a consistent basis that my micro-bakery came about.
