Bjornstrup ranch is a multi generational family operation that is located on and near Red Canyon outside of Lander, WY. The ranch is home to a herd of Nigerian Dwarf and Nubian goats. Hand-milked each Spring and Summer, the goats provide fresh milk for products such as chèvre, yogurt, ice cream as well as lotions and soaps that are available year round.
