The Art of Making Kimchi

Join Gabe Kerbs, fermenter extraordinaire, and our very own Kitchen Manager, Val Shao, for a hands-on kimchi making class! Learn how to prep, salt, spice, and ferment napa cabbage for authentic, flavorful, homemade kimchi you’ll be proud to share (or keep all to yourself 😉).

Registration is $25 and required in advance. Your registration includes step-by-step instruction, all class supplies, a beginner fermentation kit and a quart jar of kimchi to take home! Space is limited to 10 students. Register in-store at Meadowlark or call during store hours to save your spot!
