Join Mitchell of Wyoming Bread as she shares the secrets behind her famous sourdough crackers! In this class, you’ll turn sourdough discard into crisp, flavorful crackers and learn delicious seasoning ideas and tips for the perfect crunch.
Registration ($25) is required beforehand and includes instruction, supplies, crisp sourdough crackers to enjoy in-class and take home! Space is limited to 10 students and kids are welcomed, but must be with a supervising adult. Register for classes by stopping into Meadowlark or calling during store hours.
