Join Mitchell, owner and baker of Wyoming Bread, for a hands-on sourdough bagel class! Learn how to make sourdough bagel dough, shape and prepare it, and build delicious bagel sandwiches that you’ll enjoy right in class.
Registration ($25) is required beforehand and includes instruction, supplies, sweet bread to enjoy in-class and take home! Space is limited to 10 students and kids are welcomed, but must be with a supervising adult. Register for classes by stopping into Meadowlark or calling during store hours.
