Sourdough English Muffins

Join Mitchell, owner and baker of Wyoming Bread, for a hands-on class where you’ll learn how to make sourdough English muffins from scratch. Students will mix the dough, shape the muffins, and prepare them for cooking—then enjoy the delicious results.

Registration ($25)* is required beforehand and includes instruction, class supplies, and bagel fixings - so bring your appetite! Space is limited to 10 students and kids are welcomed, but must be with a supervising adult. Register in-store at Meadowlark or call during store hours.
