Learn from Jan Francisco of Country Meadows Dairy in this hands-on class where you’ll make your own butter, soft cheese, and mozzarella all from fresh, clean, local raw jersey milk!
Registration ($25) is required beforehand and includes instruction, supplies, and dairy products to take home! Space is limited to 10 students and kids are welcomed, but must be with a supervising adult. Register for classes by stopping into Meadowlark or calling during store hours.
