Red Butte Farm started in 2008 as a 4H dairy goat project for my daughters.  We chose to raise purebred  LaMancha goats.  One of the perks of raising dairy goats is the sweet milk. Red Butte Farm found themselves suddenly having an abundance of milk and needed to find a way to process it. They began their cheesemaking journey through much trial and error and quite a few science experiments.  Through the years Red Butte Farm has been able to attend a number of cheese making workshops taught by experts  and hone their craft of cheesemaking.
