A Midsummer’s Bakery began because I myself am celiac, allergic to sugar, and have other general health problems which lead me to start baking with organic and clean ingredients. Through my own personal experiences I have developed unique flour blends and accommodating recipes for others with similar health issues which has brought me great personal satisfaction and joy!
